We want you to love your experience with Sculptyourbody26. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return guidelines below:

1. Eligibility for Returns:
   
• Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
   
• For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of any product that has been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
• Broken or opened products upon delivery cannot be returned or refunded, unless damaged in transit and reported immediately.
  
3. Damaged or Defective Products:
   
• If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
• Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging for review. If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
  
4. Shipping Costs:
   
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Refunds:
   
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
